Your service representative Crystal was awesome in every which way. The car was delivered and the service was completed as promised within an hour. However. the car wasn't washed or cleaned. Also, the HOV sticker wasn't placed as requested by mr. This was not a big issue. However,while picking up the car your customer rep indicated it was done. I suggest that in future they should confirm the work rather than looking at the paperwork only. It doesn't give customers great confidence on the accuracy of the work completed just because the paperwork indicates it was completed. The quality control could be further improved.
