He took long in answering questions about my car and status of vehicle. It has been over a week and I still don’t have a car and he didn’t offer a vehicle to travel to run daily errands and tasks. I don’t foresee working with him again. He doesn’t take into account the importance of keeping people informed and providing a timeline as to when their vehicle will be ready. No alternatives were ever explored. Extremely unprofessional from his part not calling to keep me informed. I left 2 messages and had to talk to other people to get an idea when my car would be ready. Again, I hate to emphasize, my car is still at the dealer and I’m waiting for someone to get back to me as to when I will be picking up my car. Very disappointed

I really do like his service. Everything is great. Just only a little over on my budget even he did what he could. I just want to do detail special too but I can’t at this time. Since I bought this car at pre owned. I realized after multi washed, all previous scratches, marks and even many painted by color pen to match a car color :( ( little upset when I see more and more). Hi He asked me if I still want to do detail special, he will find me a coupon and car rental if he can but I can’t do right now ( over budget). Thank you for his help anyway :)

I would give Mandi Davis an Excellent rating. The help l received with getting my Prius serviced was incredible. Mandi was patient as she explained the repairs needed and the warranty process to me. She returned my calls and emails promptly and was always very cheerful. Mandi arranged for a rental car and had already forwarded the info so that the car was ready when l arrived.
