I made an appointment for scheduled repair, noise in front end, and recall repairs. I was told Longo was backlogged and would not be able to get to work beyond scheduled service. Bummer!!!!!!!!!! I feel Longo needs to hire more staff and add service bays to accommodate Weekend and evening service demand. Longo has the clientele, now Longo needs to hire and build out to accommodate the demand; i.e., use Lexus service bays for overflow and staff accordingly. I love you, but planning to keep pace with demand needs improvement. Thanks, Charlotte
