I have been bringing my car to Longo for service on a periodic basis. Every experience has not been very positive and this time it was the worst! I did not get my car as promised and it took more than 25 minutes after i paid to retrieve my car! After i finally retrieved my car, half of my car was filled with dirt and the driver rear view mirror was clouded with dirt! I brought my car in clean and left with a muggy dirty car!
