I thought I had mention I had a service light on my dash pertaining to the airbag, while getting my airbags changed. I took my car in at 1pm and promised to have it back by 4:30- 5:00pm. When I was called that my car was ready he mention I had a service light on that needed diagnostic. I told him I mentioned the light was on and I had a recall notice for my airbags. He said it wasn't covered on the recall. I asked how much it would cost he mentioned the price but the clincher was it would take two hours. I had an appointment I had to go to. I would figure if something is wrong with car and it is not on the order, someone would have the courtesy to inform me so I could act on this matter instead of waiting until my car was done with servicing and now I can't act on this because time constraints. Now a 4 hour appointment would be 6 hours plus

I went to get my airbag recall at Longo Toyota. After about four months of waiting and a total of about three different visits (which I had to use vacation hours to attend) for service, the person, Noli Evangelista called me during my work shift to inform me that my parts were now available to proceed with the recall. However, the entire process was rough. He set up my appointment for 6:00 AM. I chose to ignore it since I thought I may as well get it over with. So there I go, woke up an hour earlier than usual so I can go drop off my car before heading to work to find that the entire place was still dark. When approached by a different male he told me to “sit tight” since they didn’t get cars until 6:30. Why give an appointment for 6 if they won’t service me then? Not only was I out alone at still dark hours on a 8-5 hour work day, but Noli was nowhere in sight so I had to get serviced by someone else. Only good thing was that I got my car by 9 AM, but I’m still very unsatisfied with the service I got and it can’t make up for the bad experience.
