Johan provided good services. Wish Longo would’ve allowed Johan the freedom to give customers better service by squeezing in additional maintenance and let my Corolla do the software update since there were recent recalls for my model/yr.
Longo’s schedule showed that oil change plus recall update took 5.5 hours but oil change alone only took 2 hours. However service team completed my oil change within 45 minutes, with plenty of waiting time left, Longo could’ve given my Corolla the software update as required by the recall from manufacturer, as an extra bonus service, which would’ve given Longo better publicity.
Working class like me have important agendas on my days off than wait for vehicle maintenance then schedule another day for service recall.
