As soon as I got home I noticed a dent on the driver door window frame. I already contacted the Satisfaction Manager about this issue and sent photos of the dent to compare with the photos taken prior to the service. I was told she will get back to me the following day but i haven’t received an update. I would just like to have the images compared to know if the dent was incurred during the service.
