I want to start by clearly stating that Albert did a great job. His customer service was of high quality, and representative of the service I've come to expect from Longo. The only item I was dissatisfied with the wait I had for my vehicle to physically be returned to me. Albert made sure the service was done in an efficient time, but the service of the young man at the vehicle pick desk was disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes after I had already paid for my service and asked for my car at the pick up area. I saw several other customers that arrived after I did pick up their vehicles before me. I checked with the young man about my vehicle after I saw him distracted and fraternizing with a female employee. He said he wasn't sure. He searched on his tablet and then requested my paperwork a second time. I saw him scan my paperwork this time and he said it be the next car up. I asked if had forgotten to do that the first time. He didn't respond, I expected at least a simple apology for the delay but instead I received silence. I enjoy the service my vehicle receives at Longo, its unfortunate that a lack of customer service by the last employee I interacted with that day ruined my visit. Please work with your employees to improve their customer service.

He was very professional and helpful. He worked with me and the amount of work and money that needed to be accomplished. Because of this young man I will most definitely be returning to take care of the rest of work that my car needs., also the young man that sold me my tires very knowledgeable and eager to answere all my questions. i will be definitely be returning.

i set an appointment at 10:30 and it wasn't finished until 1:30 way to long, very unsatisfied.

I came Longo because the customer service in Corona had gone down hill. I never tried Ontario. However, I was pleased with Alexis helping us out with all 3 of our vehicles.

Outstanding service.

Unfortunately they where unable to duplicate the problem I’m having with the lights going out. So at this time the problem hasn’t been resolved, or maybe it was a freak occurrence.
