Roy was great. I have been having issues with my brakes for the past 10000 miles and I’ve expressed this concern with my regular dealership but they couldn’t find anything. Roy asked if me if it happened during low speeds which I said yes. He was able to explain what could be the cause. He later informed me there were issues with the brakes like I had suspected and asked if I would like to replace them which I promptly said yes. He has good customer service and would like Roy to be my service manager again.

I didn’t care for the 25 minute wait in line from 9:02-9:27. My appt was set for 9 am and I was only 2 minutes late however once Jimmie took my info and my car he told me it would be about 2 hours. So I took a walk to Jack in the Box and got some fast food. Walked back to Longo and sat and waited for my car to be done. To my surprise at 11:02. Jimmie texted my car would soon be done and it was. I was so happy that I didn’t have to wait the full 2 hours. Everything checked out nicely. I got home just in time for my appointment. Thanks for everything

My car was promised at 1:30pm. I called at 1:27 pm and confirmed that the advisor knew I needed to leave at 1:30pm to pick up my kids from school. I went to the check out but the paperwork was not available to process. I called again to leave a message at 1:45pm but had to leave a voicemail. Finally the paperwork became available just before 2pm and the I waited another 10 minutes to get my van from the valet. In such, I was late to pick up my kids and had to call emergency help to pick them up from school or else be fined. So while the service was done fine the process to check out and get my car was not. And thus made me late for picking my kids up from school which I said from the beginning I needed to leave Longo. Otherwise. Roy was nice and helpful. Just was not pleased that there wasn’t a call back and the car was not ready as promised or at least warned earlier that it would take an extra half hour. In which case I could have made better non emergent plans for my kids to be picked up.

Mitzi was really friendly and she fixed some mistakes other workers did. since every 5,000 miles i had to go for service , i guess other employees that submitted my info didn’t put the info in order and she had to clarify that i was burly going for my 20,000 mile service.
