I was originally quoted 2.5 hours to complete my car service by one of your employees. But at the time I was supposed to leave, Mandi called and said it would be 2 more hours because the 1st person didn’t know how much time would be necessary to complete the job. By the time I left, I had been at Longo for almost 5 hours.

I ask for a health check to find out if there is an ECU software update for my 2018 Tacoma M/T and was told nothing came out. I was experiencing stumbling and surges described in T-SB 58-18 and T-SB 62-18. A technician went out driving with me to replicate the symptoms, he did not drive it to its paces as described in both T-SBs. The technician was dismissive that he claims that the stumbling was all normal and he even said that they are not bound to do any T-SB. Even if not bound to do any T-SB, I would that that should be part of Customer Service to do so. I did not think that my Tacoma was even hook up with the diagnostic equipment, otherwise the update would have shown.
