The wait time to see a representative was extremely long. I scheduled an appointment for 1 PM. Arrived 10 minutes early to be courteous and ended up waiting an hour to see a representative. The communication between the service representative was good, but the management of the appointment line was unorganized and slow. Managers seemed to be uninterested in expediting service for customers and more interested in looking at his phone.
