The initial question should have an alternate option besides yes and no. Was my vehicle fixed, yes. Was u satisfied with Martin, no.
He needs to look into customers warranty before assuming it's only covered for 3 years or 35 miles. I purchased a used car and purchased the extended warranty, therefore my car is covered bumper to bumper as if it was a new vehicle.
Long did not do me a favor 'by fixing my car for me' I have an extended warrthat covered it. Martin told me they would check it and fix it for free. Really? Nothing in life is free.
