Kayla was great, however, your policy of addressing problems that you cannot "re-create" is a pretty cowardly way out. You can't just provide a blanket excuse to get out of checking a car. If I come to you with a concern, I expect it to be taken seriously, especially since I use this car to transport my family. I'm not going to waste my time addressing an issue that doesn't exist. So, if I take time off work to present my car to you with a specific concern, I expect good service, a thorough investigation, and a professional answer & not some sorry excuse after looking at my car at the service desk. Kayla did a good job, but I doubt she's capable of making a call on my car just by eye-balling it. That's something best left to the professional mechanics on site.
