Alex told me I can also get the Van washed , and also called Alex before coming back to pickup. He told me the van has been washed and ready to go.
Sure enough the van wasn’t washed or cleaned. I have taken photos of it also.
Horrible experience, at lease just tell me that it wasn’t washed or too busy and be honest about it.
