He approached the car failed to greet me and introduce himself .
Asked what I was there for , I informed him oil change & my tires had been purchased at lingo so therefore was requesting a tire rotation. It took over ten minutes and he was still unable to find the said transaction.
Alex was uninformed when asked if courtesy shuttle was able due to 3-4hour wait I was given.

I had an 8:00 am appointment and the only service done was topping off fluids and tire rotation. My car was not brought out until 11:35. I waited at the cashier for 35 minutes as they took 35 minutes to bring my car out after they said it was done. I talked to a manager and no one seemed to care. Poor service and extremely slow.
