Wait time was twice as long than I was told. Waited a little over 4 hours when I was told 2 hours... way overpriced.... took 15-20 minutes for anyone to help me at concierges desk even tho I was the only one waiting, right there .... tried to get someone to help me who directed me across the way at cashier desk for my ID back after I borrowed a charger... was then sent back to wait another 5 minutes to finally get my ID back.... Last time I’m coming here.

My car got damaged when I took it in for oil change/maintenance yesterday. Eddie said that the new part will be ordered and will contact me upon arrival. I called Eddie today and left a message to be certain that the original Toyota part be ordered and not the aftermarket. No call back. I want you to know that I am going to your dealership cause it's suppose to be more trustworthy than the mamma and papa shops, but I was wrong. This is causing me inconvenience and I am not happy with the way you treat your customer.
