Bruce has been my service representative for many years. Recently my family acquired an additional car, a BMW. I have established a positive relationship with a service representative at that dealership, but the comparison allows me to appreciate what ab extraordinary asset Bruce is to your dealership. I have been driving for 55 years. Thus I have dealt with many service department personnel. No one comes close to Bruce in terms of his willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy his customers. I trust Bruce 100%. I feel he deserves to be promoted to a management position because of his integrity and professionalism. He is a gem!

Vehicle was denied any diagnosis due to aftermarket parts. No diagnosis was tried. Will be getting done at a different dealership under warranty Albert took over for Eric as Eric was off during the time the vehicle was in the shop. Albert could not answer any simple questions a concerned customer might have, 3 calls were made before I reached the point that I felt the advisor did not know the vehicle information to explain to me the issues they were having. I didn’t feel comfortable with that so I decided to reach out to a different dealership which they had answers and a proper diagnosis to go by.
Doesn’t seem like I’ll be returning to Longo for any future service even though I bought the car from Longo.

1) in the waiting area,have some newspapers, magazines, or video on new Toyotas or car information
2) have free water available
3)since the Verizon booth is closed, you can convert into Toyota video area where customers can learn about car features such as bluetooth,cD player, rear view camera, dashboard review,....etc. and customers can choose topic on car they want to see!!
