Noli Ildid an excellent job. I have had a problem, however, with my Mirai rental and was told two times by phoning the main office that it had been taken care of. I will be sending out multiple letters when I return home. This has been been very upsetting to me. Marcia H

My brand new 2018 sienna only runs less than 9k and when breaking makes groaning noise, after test drive but longo told me there is nothing they can do, that is redicous , I can not believe it Toyota can not fix the problem and telling me they not going to fix it. So disappointed with Toyota.

I still heard the clicking noise from my drivers seat right after I left. Furthermore I thought my service plan included air filter change. Furthermore when I went to pick up my car the person that gave me my paperwork did not review what was done to my car. He also didn't know what was included in my service plan.
