Had to wait for about 30 minutes to have a service person to attend to the initial service request. I understand people who did make an appointment comes first, but that does not mean that those who did not have appointments should be punished. I have come to Longo Toyota for many years. This was the worst experience I had. Once the service personnel came, he was very courteous and helpful.

Oil change took about one hour that is big improvement. It used to take about two hours. That is too long.
