Very Good

Arrived at 11:05 for an 11:15 appt. Sat in the car awhile but liked the rep who came over, Juan Santacruz. They took my car telling me an hour an a half but no longer than 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark I went into the service office asking what's happening? They called the rep and told me he'd call me. He saw me walking out past Starbucks telling me they were backed up but my car was in the service bay. I pointed to my car, it was parked outside the service bay. I told him. "That's my car it's not in the bay." He then said he knew a mechanic was assigned he'd go check. He came back stating they were taking it in the bay then and it would be 30 minutes. I stood, outside looking at my car as it sat an additional 20 minutes, never moving. There was a man, so upset, outside as well and his service rep telling him his car would finally be ready in 30 more minutes. I asked the man how long he'd been there. He arrived at 9 am it was then 2:30pm. I then walked to Juan Santacruz and demanded my keys and left. At 4:00pm I received a text from your service people saying my car was ready. I spent CASH money to buy my Toyota from your company, Longo. NEVER again. Your service department lies, do not schedule appointments if you're going to take 5 hours for a tire rotation and brake check. I'm telling everyone I know about this.
