For the third visit, a part or parts were not available and I was again asked to make more time and return. I make appointments so they know the part will be needed, and yet three times as of today. The car wash was again, for the third visit, not working, so no car wash. They installed new wiper blades and didn't even wash the windshield. It took way longer than quoted even though there were no major issues. I was told to go to the cashier my paperwork and car would be there in minutes, well the car was, but the paper took almost 45 minutes to catch up. All in all it was a very dissapointing visit. I will give credit where do...Longo extended the warranty a month to cover the service. That was appreciated. The last three visits, including this one seemed to get progressively worse. Not a happy camper. My representative was accommodating, polite and apologetic given the circumstances, but I'm still missing parts from three visits ago. "Come on man"
