I have after market floor liners and the driver side was removed and must have been thrown to the passenger side floor. I say this because when the car was returned to me, the floor liner was not put back and I found it behind the driver’s seat, folded over. The driver side passenger seat was also covered in dirt that I then had to clean. The valet apologized but didn’t offer to help. I own 3 Toyotas, 2 bought at Longo but all 3 have been serviced there. I’ve never had a problem before. Just sloppy work this time. Usually there’s great attention to detail and care. Not this time...Maybe the Longo quality is slipping?
