Appointment was 1pm, work on car for a 60k service didn't start until 3pm and car wasn't ready until 5. Don't see the point of having an appointment at 1 pm if work want going to be dinner for 2 hours.

Monte was not empathetic to my situation. I was promised oil changes when I had purchased my car from longo Toyota, but he insisted I have proof in paperwork form. I believe this was my third time changing the oil at longo Toyota without a problem but Monte insisted the previous oil changes were done by mistake.

Had a long (10 to 15 minutes) wait before Nestor arrived to see up service work. Not his problem as I see it but lots of people walking around with people waiting. Did not happen on earlier visits for service.

Staff is professional and helpful especially since it turned out that Alex Ayala was out. Believe that staff suggested filter changes much too early. When questioned about the usual frequency I was told every 30,000 miles and that they were replaced last year. There is only 49,000+ miles on the car so that is much too soon. One of the features I especially appreciate is the included car wash. It appears the equipment is malfunctioning. The quality of the wash was so poor and not up to your usual standard that I didn’t recognize it had been washed.
