Biago was very helpful. I don’t feel Longo has taken a proactive approach on my concern of engine oil consumption/burning. If Toyota’s perspective is that burning 3/4 quart of oil after driving 1400 miles is reasonable for a Sienna with 50k miles and a standard oil change is every 10k miles then every time my vehicle is ready for an oil change it would be down to 1-2 quarts in the engine which I find it hard to believe Toyota would acknowledge this as acceptable for their engines. I explained that I added 5 quarts of oil in between my last oil change and there didn’t seem to be any urgent response.
