I normally get a call when my car is ready. I had to track my car down myself this time, as everyone on the Grey team was either out of office, or unavailable. When I finally did get a call, I was told I had 20 minutes to get to Longo to pick up my car before closing time. I always get superb service at Longo, but the ball was dropped this time.

Very happy with service. Not happy with the person handing out the numbers when driving in as you guys take walk ins and I confirmed the day prior . I was turned back saying it was full for the day. Eventually I got a number after explaining that I had called the day prior. Other than that service was excellent .
