I specifically ask for car wash after service, I got a call telling me the services is completed and I ask if the car was wash?
She said yes.
I show up late close to 4 pm
And the car was not wash.
Trust just went out the window at that point.

Did not do the service because of the time matter, had appointment at 8am And I didn’t expect a basic service such as tires rotation and and top off fluid need 2-2.5 hours to do it. She told me the next tech available is at 9am, so what is the point of appointment for 8am? Pretty disappointed
