I liked coming to longo because I felt taken care of and not sold things constantly. If I had purchased everything Noli offered me on this trip, my cost for the trip would have been 4 times what I thought I was going to spend. Noli was constantly pushing me to purchase more services and not listening to the ones that I needed. Several times he hung up there phone before I was finished asking my questions and without making sure I was taken care of. Because of my visit today I will probably try another dealership for my next service because I do not like being upsold when I go in for service. It is too bad because up until now or seemed like I could trust longo to not put unnecessary pressure on the customer for unessential services. It made it unclear to me what services were actually important and didn't make me want to get those services at longo.
