Juan is more than helpful and I was more than happy with his service. The problem is that the sun visor clip was broken since a few days after I got the car. I scheduled the 6-month service with the inspect/repair request. It turns out that the "Toyota Care" I was scheduled but the receptionist was not able to carry out inspection/repair of the sun visor clip. Therefore, I have to waste my time for another service visit for that. This is unacceptable that the scheduling person did not schedule the service properly and going to cost at least a few hours extra time for to take the car again or wait for another 6 months until the next service. I also checked with the parts department ahead of time to find out whether parts for it are in stock in case it needs to be replaced/repaired. I was told that it was not in stock and will have to be ordered. However, when I was there for the Toyota Care service, Juan told me that it is in stock. It is disappointing that the car was not made perfectly, the mixed infirmation and the improper scheduling added more stress and going to cost me the time that I don't have after I lived with the broken sun visor clip6-month (because I wanted to have both regular service and the repair done at the same time due to my time constraint). Longo needs to 1) keeo car owners well informed that "Toyota Care" doesn't do "repairs" however minor the problem is. 2) have the scheduling person better trained to schedule the service for both Toyota Care and repair, since those are two departments, and tell the customers of such. My experience really does not speak very well for Longo. However, I am take my this as a rare exception since I have been more than happy with Longo for sales and service for more than a decade. I hope that Longo can make improvements from my experience this time and provide even better services for all. Thanks.

Andrew is an exceptional advisor. He is very detailed oriented and provides excellent customer service. I had other advisors in the past at Longo Toyota and they were good but Andrew Villanueva is the best!
Brought my car in for exterior detailing for the 4th time this year and Andrew did the walk around for my 3rd and 4th visits. He placed post its on spots that need a little more attention. Very impressed with his personal attention and “excellent customer service” Longo Toyota is fortunate to have Andrew representing them.
