I arrived at 1:30 pm & 3 pm was told that I needed new tires. I approved the tire purchase but had I known it would take so long, I would have left & made an appointment for another day. After waiting for 2 more hrs & still no sign of my car. I checked with the service desk & she called someone to see where my car was & finally it came. I handed my papers to the guy at pickup & he asked if I was waiting for a grey Camry. He handed my papers back to me & proceeded to talk to the guy who drove my car to pickup. I asked if the key was in my car because it was right there & I wanted to go home. He asked to see the papers (which I had just handed to him) & he finally gave my keys to me. I had spent 5 hours there for a 12 month A service plus mounting 4 new tires.
