I was very satisfied with my recent service experience with Jeff Liu today at Longo Toyota. He was a true gentleman. When he noticed that I could not walk well due to my bad knees, He took upon himself to make me feel very comfortable. When my care was ready, he suggested that he will get a form for me to fill out my credit card information and signature so that he can go and pay at the cashier for me and bring the receipt. That was very impressive. He also drove my car and brought it were I was sitting in order to minimize my movements. I was very happy this morning because I was in a lot of pain and the gentleman used his initiative to help me out. Longo Toyota needs more good workers like Jeff Lui because first impression matters a lot in customer service.

No need to contact me. I was very satisfied with everything at Longo. My dissatisfaction was with the rep that I communicated with via text while setting my appointment. She advised me I had 2 recalls but one would have to be set up with my dealer. When speaking with Marissa, I was told I had 3 recalls. I wasn't prepared to leave my car for 5 hours. I had expected an hour-ish. But I appreciated the Uber home and back. Again, everything at Longo was great. It was just poor communication with the text rep. Thank you.

I called twice to set up an appointment, and the service center rep assured me that I have one more complementary oil change, but when I actually showed up for the appointment, which takes me 52 miles one way from home because I moved, the assistant manger said that the service rep was wrong that there is no more component oils change left. He helped me with tires rotation and checking other fluids, but it was very disappointing that I was misinformed over the phone. Thank you for reading my feed back.
