On Saturday November 9th, I was told my car was done and I should check in with the cashier to pay for the tire replacement. After paying, I did not expect it to take 15 minutes for my car to come out. Last service I had, I didn't have to wait 5 minutes. Service was quick but this time arounnd, there were several 11am appointments for Toyota Care. Wasn't even sure if those few cars ahead of me had appointments and if they did, why so many 11am appointments scheduled for that day? I was disappointed this time around.
