Because when I got there, I see a lot of people working but I’m just sitting in the car no come and ask, until the manager comes every body start doing their job, in my head, service is so bad I do not recommend people not buying car from longo again. People at service desk is so lazy and no good courtesy sorry to say.

Representative did not understand my service request and did not care to follow up with me to ensure that I was provided with what I asked for. He also was called several time by the parts representative as I was purchasing recommended parts to repair my vehicle and he did not answer the call nor did he call back to ask the reasons the representative and I were calling. Very disappointed with his service. I have never experienced this bad service at Longo and have been taking my vehicle there since 2004.

I took my new truck because the Check engine light turn on. First inspection they told me that one of the head gasket on motor was bad . The truck was going to stay There for two weeks to get fix. The next day they call me and told me , they reinspected and that it was one of the fuel injectors . I picked up truck but I’m not very satisfied , I don’t feel confortable with the work
