The service performed on my vehicle was as good as always. However, the expected status calls for the additional work required (replacement of motor the mounts) were never made. I called just before closing time to check if the van was ready so that I could arrange a ride to pick it up. No one was in service.
I called the following morning to check if the van was ready, it was and a lift was sent to take me to pickup my van. This is the first time I have experienced this situation with Longo.
