Although I had scheduled for an appointment at 9:45am, I came at 9:30am, 15 minutes early waiting outside the line until 10:00am & finally someone came. During the maintenance service, I waited for another 4 hours & 30 minutes at the service lounge. My whole day just waited for maintenance service. Ridiculous!!!!
What is the point schedule for an appointment, but still need to wait outside parking & service lounge?

Mandi is awesome as always! She didn’t have good news to deliver to me about my car’s eventual repairs but I really appreciated her taking me to the bay while my car was still on the lift so the technician could show me the slow oil leak and to explain what I can expect down the line. It’s not fun news to deliver but she did it with grace and I am grateful for it. It’s not her fault my car is going through the years of wear and tear.
