Was told what was wrong as it happened. Said the issue at 9 am that it would be done by 11 am. Ok, I waited to get a call from the one that helped me out that it would be done an hour ahead of time. Perfect. Only thing that would make it better would be if the text alert was not delayed by 30 minutes because by that 30 minutes when I got the next I was already in my car and about to leave.

We’ve taken our car in twice for low tire pressure light. I think it would be a good idea to offer a quick service where someone could come out to add more air to the tires without having to check in. I think Costco offers that service.
