The service rep was great but others aspects were very bad. The website states that the vehicle is washed after service. My car came streaked and dirty. When I questioned the wash, the rep laughed and said we only rinse the car. I complained and he said “it is what it is”. Also, the text informing me that my car was ready came the day after I picked up my car. My wife and I have brought 9 Lexus and 3 Toyota’s at Longo. Usual the service is great but it clearly has finished.
