Going through different quotes on the cost of roof rack installation was just awful. First I wasn’t given a quote over the phone. When I got to Longo, the initial quote given to me but roy was just ridiculous- it was the same price as the parts I have purchased. I am just grateful that Roy worked on lowering down the price . Even more pleased when I found out the final cost when I picked up my car- it was half of the original quote. But still why did Longo have to make me go through all that hassle?????
