Thank you Mandi for the Lyft rides and for explaining why the labor costs were so high relative for the brake fluid flush. One recommendation I would suggest is to show customers a relative breakout of the cost before the service so it’s not a surprise when they get the bill. Other than that the service and care that Mandi gave was great.

Oil spill from filling was not clean or wipe off the covering of engine n& dip stick area. I informed after i took noticed when i arrived home.
