I have an extended warranty why charge me for a ring. All you have to do is tighten it and do the change oil. Isn't it ridiculous and too much. You could have waive the fee coz I'm a valued customer.. pls reconsider the request a d credit me for the fee that you charge. Thnx

Merissa is one in a thousand! We have. Coming to Longo Toyota since 2004, we have been on the gray team the whole time my wife and I have never had anyone like Marissa, from our first contact with her she was very accommodating and friendly and told both of us that she was glad to meet us. She helped us to get a ride home and a ride back to pick up our car. After Richard shift when she was going home she called us that Emily would be speaking with us, which she did so don’t let her go, she has a keeper!
