We dropped our car at 9:30 and didn’t leave until 1:30. If I hadn’t checked with the service maintenance rep they would not have done anything with the paperwork. I would have appreciated a call to let me know it was going to take long so I could’ve taken Uber home while waiting. The front desk rep was rude and unapologetic so that didn’t help either. Very poor customer service.
