I want to begin by saying that my experience this time was totally absurd. My vehicle was ready by 4:45 pm and when I go to the service center, they said that my vehicle was not ready and at that time, my husband and I were already waiting for quite some time just to get to the front of the service center to pick up my vehicle. Charlie Cuautle responded to me when asked if we needed to wait in the long line again just to pay and pick up our vehicle and he responded with "I don't know". How are you going to tell me "I don't know"? After that, Karina try to get involved and said that you probably have to wait in the long line again until they receive our paperwork to pay and pick up our vehicle. Why did she have to give attitude when speaking to my husband and I? All we wanted to know was what was taking so long to receive our paperwork when we were supposed to pick up our vehicle at 4:45 pm. After she said that to us, we decided to go in and speak with the manager on duty and it seemed to be the parts manager and he said that they shouldn't have responded the way that they did and he went to get a service manager (Daniel Perez?) to help us as we explained the whole situation to him and he then grabbed our paperwork and our vehicle and pulled it up to the front of the service area vehicle pick up. He then passed our paperwork over to Maria. She was assisting us but as we wanted to ask her for the full name of Karina as well as herself, she failed to provide that to us. I was told by Daniel that he would talk to the director and that my husband would receive a call today but he never heard from anyone. I am sure this is how Longo operates and treats its' customers. My husband and I look forward to hearing from upper management ASAP.
