I scheduled an oil change appointment at 7:45, but was not checked in till 8:15. I checked out at 11:39 on the paperwork but did not get my vehicle till 12:10. I don’t understand how an oil change would take over 3 hours.

Your representative gave me good service. With the dealership I am upset. I was completely unaware that the free of charge services for my automobile would terminate before the lease term. That was never explained to my wife and myself. I was not prepared to pay for today's tune up. Right now each penny is important to us since both of us are unemployed. I hope Longo Toyota changes this policy. Other dealerships offer courtesy services for the duration of a lease.
