Tires not what I expected, the drive is terrible on those tires. I called in as soon as I got off freeway and told service. I was told service manager would call me yesterday to discuss my issue. No one has reached out or followed up with me. Spent tons of money at your dealership the least you could do would be to follow up

Arrived at 930am. Had an appointment. I was promised my vehicle at 12pm, did not receive my vehicle until 330pm. 6 hours for an simple oil change, tire rotation, and tire sensors should not take that long. Had i known, i would’ve walked someone for Lunch or gotten an Uber, but i was strung along, saying my car should be done for every hour after 12pm.
