Jennifer was awesome, and made it a smooth experience. When I picked my truck up though after having the mirror motors replaces I saw that the mirrors were covered in grease and finger prints. That was kind of disappointing the tech couldn't even clean up after he was done.

Mr. Franck performed his job admirably. However, there were two glitches with internal communication in spite of the fact that Mr. Franck wrote up the work request precisely as it was needed.
1) The parts department failed to understand that the part they set aside for a customer was the part Mr. Franck needed for the same customer. This caused a delay.
2) A technician failed to understand the work request, so when he closed the job it actually was incomplete.
Not a big deal but unnecessary delays nonetheless.
