You guys do all the service on my vehicle and oil changes I would like to see after doing so many oil changes , custom gets a free one every fifth oil change

Upon arrival at the dealership Robert the service technician was advised by me that my vehicle was towed to there location because my car suffered a water leak leaving my van with no anti freeze completely empty I asked not to turn it on but and he replied trust me he then said I'm turning it on warming it up and moving it I told to please not do that as engine damage the car attendant and told him we would manually push it but he did not listen and did it anyway. Upon picking up my van I noticed it had been scratched David and Robert as well as the park attendant knew that the curtesy tech had scratched with the hose they also upon my inspection left half a gallon of anti freeze was low from engine I advised Robert who ran to get some this my horrible experience Ezequiel L
