I added a service after I had already dropped off my car. Dennis and your service people accommodated the extra service and I was able to get my oil changed and a light bulb replaced. Thank you Dennis!! ????

Specifically asked Robert to call or text me when my truck was done because I was going to be in the area. Thought all was good and even receiving text updates....then the estimated time came up some I headed over where I saw my truck parked in what looked to be a holding area for ready cars. I asked Robert if my truck was done because it was over there and his response was "nor always" and walked to his booth. I waited a few minutes and no info from Robert so I went inside to sit down and wait in the AC....after an hour of waiting I asked the cashier just prior to 2pm on the status of my truck and she said oh it's right here and ready. She then told me it had been ready since 11:51. 2 hours of my day wasted due to an incompetent and lazy employee. Is this the level of customer service that MK smith holds themselves to?
