How come someone didn't check the battery terminal? It was so full of acid that you couldn't see the terminal at all. It would have been nice if this was brought to my attention so that I could have paid to have it cleaned at the time the truck was at your facility. Now I need to take it somewhere else and have it cleaned. It seems to me each time the truck is there you are not through at all. A few weeks ago my other truck was there (2014 Silverado) and the check list said my windshield wipers were good/OK, but in reality they were in VERY bad shape and needed to be replaced. I will not nor have not recommend your dealership to anyone,each time it's just another rush job skipping a few steps (complacency)
