I made an appointment because of the recall notice I had and then i took time off of work to go take my car only to be told they didn't have the part. Robert was dismissive and didn't answer any questions that I had. Very disappointed in the lack of service and the lack of customer service provided by Robert. However I didn't catch his name but he was working the lobby at 9am he was very helpful and greeted me with good morning and smile which was a lot more than what Robert did for me.

Robert had first told me I would have to come back as my check engine light was not looked at while my car was there. But when I arrived to pick my car up the technician fixed my check engine light before I left and my car was also washed while I waited. Overall it was a Great experience and I will be returning for my oil changes and any other repairs my car might need.
