Stated I needed the tires rotated. Upon receiving of vehicle, tires had not been rotated. Technician Jose Lopez stated no wheel lock. Wheel lock was located in glove box. I was never called in which case I would have informed them of lock location. Now I have to return vehicle on different day to have work performed.
