At first I thought I needed an oil change & I wanted to check on the, propulsion power reduced messages I got. While dropping the car off, the mechanic & I noticed that there was 93% of oil life remaining. When I picked the car up todayI ended up paying about $60. When I checked my receipt, I was charged for an oil change after all. Also, my car was kept for 3 days, when l was told it would be done the same day. After complaining about the oil change charge I was told that I received a discount on the oil change & the $60 charge was for the inspection. The car is under warranty & my receipt says that according to the owners manual, the loss of power is to be expected under driving conditions. So I was without a car for 3 days & charged $60 to have your dealership tell me something they read in the owners manual?!
